Terms: 50% deposit on custom orders, total balance due PRIOR to delivery/installation. Returns: No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and return freight collected. Changes To Orders: Any changes requested by the customer after agreement is signed must be approved by Iron Clad Creations and fully documented. Any changes requested by the customer after the agreement is signed will incur a redesign fee. 

Due to raw material price fluctuations, some prices are subject to change without notice. All sizes are approximate. Cut glass as per actual piece, NOT according to published dimensions. All items are securely crated and delivered to the carrier in good condition. Iron Clad Creations relinquishes all responsibility for all goods shipped upon a clean receipt from the carrier. Customer bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping. Iron Clad Creations is not responsible for delay or failure to deliver due to strikes/differences with workmen, war, riot, fire, compliance with government regulations, acts of God, failure or delay of sources of supply or any other causes beyond our control. All items are handcrafted in the United States. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, color, texture, and size may vary from item to item. Due to the nature of the material, steel can oxidize beneath the top coat finish. This is nearly always harmless; however, if the top coat is clear, it can show through. Iron Clad Creations cannot fully prevent this from occurring.
